How does it work?

You can buy whichever artwork you want to own via our Sheroes in Quarantine Shop. The price you see is the price of the artwork as we do not take care of the shipping. 

Once the order has been processed, we will get in touch to liaise you with the artist in question so that the shipping can be arranged. 

The artist will ship the artwork, which means that any shipping costs will be paid directly to the artist. 

Artworks can be shipped worldwide. Shipping will be arranged between the artist and you. 

Shipping costs are not included in the price or paid via our online shop.

Once your order has been processed online, we will get in touch to liaise you with the artist in question so that the shipping costs can be arranged, which you will pay directly to the artist.

If you happen to live in the same city as the artist, we would encourage you to collect the piece in person for environmental reasons. Plus you would have the chance to meet the artist in person.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the shipping has been arranged by the artist, she will send you the tracking information, as well as an estimate arrival date.

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return an artwork, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery. 

All artworks must be undamaged and shipped back safely wrapped. Should any damages occur during the shipping, the price of the artwork will not be reimbursed. 

If you wish to return an artwork, please send us an email to ask@whoisyourshero.com to notify which artworks you are returning. We will liaise you with artist in question so that she can provide you with their address. Once the shipping has been arranged, you will have to email both us and the artist, attaching the tracking details.
