SHEROES COLLECTIVE was born out of Lon-art Creative, established in 2010 as a platform to use the arts and community events to address social issues.
As we evolved into a feminist activist organisation advocating for women’s representation in art and systemic change, the SHEROES project was born in 2018. To date, we’ve curated five SHEROES exhibitions, hosted workshops and panel talks, and reached over 5,000 people, supported by grants, crowdfunding, and partnerships.
