Exhibitions – Sheroes Collective

The SHEROES project was born in 2018. To date, we’ve curated five SHEROES exhibitions, hosted workshops and panel talks, and reached over 5,000 people, supported by grants, crowdfunding, and partnerships.

SHEROES INTERVENTIONS 7-16 March

INTERVENTIONS X SHOREDITCH is our first group exhibition under the Interventions project, showcasing powerful works by women and non-binary artists.

2025

REVOLUCIONES 2.0

An online exhibition and programme using art and conversation to challenge violence against women and girls and amplify women's voices during and beyond Women's Herstory Month.

2021

SHEROES IN QUARANTINE

Our first online exhibition dedicated to highlighting women’s issues and roles during the Covid-19 social crisis.

2020

SHEROES REVOLUCIONES

Inspired by feminist protests across Latin America and Spain, this exhibition brought together women artists exploring resistance, justice and the ongoing fight against gender-based violence.

BLACK SHEROES

Black Sheroes Month reimagines the purpose of Black History Month through an exhibition, workshops and events celebrating the achievements, histories and contributions of Black women, while fostering dialogue around representation, identity and social change.

SHEROES The Origin

The exhibition championed little-known women warriors, leading ladies and unsung stars. Women artists and allies were invited to use their creative expression to give a voice to and turn our eyes towards silenced and overlooked heroines – sheroes – throughout herstory, and offer inspiring female role models for us all.
